What Apple indexes, and what it ignores

On iOS, only the title, subtitle and hidden keyword field count for search. The description does not. Words you only mention there are invisible.

Indexedtitle + subtitle

hotlog sauna cold plunge log infrared sessions

7 unique words. Apple combines them, so “budget” and “planner” also rank for “budget planner”.

Invisibledescription only

sauna steam ×2 steam bath ×2 steam ×2 bath ×2 health ×2 wellness ×2 complete ×2

The description keeps coming back to these, but the title and subtitle skip them. Check each one in Keyword Scout and move the winners into the keyword field.
