Title: uses the 30 characters
Improve21/30 characters used.
The title is the heaviest ranking field. You have 9 characters unused: add your strongest keyword after the name, e.g. “mySymptoms Foo: <main keyword>”.
- 3+2
Subtitle: adds new keywords
ImproveRepeats title words: “food”.
Apple counts a word once across title, subtitle and keyword field. Replace “food” with words you do not rank for yet.

What Apple indexes, and what it ignores
On iOS, only the title, subtitle and hidden keyword field count for search. The description does not. Words you only mention there are invisible.
Indexedtitle + subtitle
6 unique words. Apple combines them, so “budget” and “planner” also rank for “budget planner”.
